Simple Poke/Item Request Thread (If you desire only a handful of Pokes/Items come here!)

In order to cut down on those one to three sentence trade threads requesting a few things we might have experienced I created this.

Basically you post what you want and what you will offer and your FC if it isn't in your sig. If you want to respond to someone's request you PM them, don't respond to the request in this thread!
